Sally Cuthbert Art Therapy is a Private Practice based in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.

Art Therapy brings together the arts and psychotherapy to engage the brain, body and imagination. One of the well-known strengths of Arts Therapy is its capacity to connect with people in ways that go beyond words. Engaging in the Arts empowers people to develop skills that help them to cope with the challenges of life, like strengthened relationships, connection with community, self-efficacy and hope.

Sally Cuthbert is a Registered Art Therapist and Artist with Masters level training in art therapy and more than 10 years experience across family and disability support services, hospitals and education in Australia and the UK.

Sally's approach to art therapy is person centred, trauma informed and family focused.  She values a trusting, therapeutic relationship where you and your family feel respected and supported. She has a special interest in working with children and families, and also with adults who are looking for a creative way to explore their strengths and challenges.
