Sally Cuthbert is an ANZACATA Registered Art Therapist with Masters level training in art therapy and 10 years experience. She has worked in the UK and Australia in family support services, social services, disability, hospitals and education. Sally is based in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast and able to see children, adolescents and adults.
Sally's approach to art therapy is strengths based, trauma informed and family focused. She values a trusting, therapeutic relationship where you and your family feel respected and supported. She has a special interest in working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, troubles through life transitions and family changes, as well as grief and trauma and with families experiencing troubles with bonding and attachment.
Sally is trained in a variety of arts and play based approaches including person-centred art therapy, sensorimotor art therapy, life story work, Theraplay and sandplay therapy.
